Easy Fiesta Dip

Fiesta Dip
Easy to make. It’s good chilled – but we rarely wait that long.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 C sour cream
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 C salsa (we like homemade the best!)
1 1/2 Tbl taco seasoning
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Cilantro, 1 bunch chopped (OK, you can make this optional)
Tortilla chips

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover; chill before serving.
Serves 10-12.
